Four steps, and the last one is a document.
The same process for a sample order and a production lot. Nothing needs a purchase order number before it gets looked at.
Send the tool with the drawing
The tool as received, plus the drawing or the dimension that failed, and the lot you bought it under.
We inspect geometry and runout
Diameter, point angle and runout are re-measured against the drawing and the batch record.
A root cause report
You get a written answer — in tolerance or not, and why — within the same window as a quotation: Engineering reply within 1 business day.
Replace or credit
Tools outside our published tolerances are replaced or credited. Tools inside tolerance come back with the measurement data.
